Site and Lot
Located in the City of Richmond, the house sits at the southeast corner of Roseneath Road and Monument Avenue and adjacent to the Arthur Ashe Statue. It has an irregularly-shaped lot, approx. 1/4 of an acre and is one of the last buildable lots on Monument Avenue in the Historic District, which extends from Birch St. to Roseneath Rd. The lot was bought in the Fall of 1999 for the purpose of designing and eventually building a single-family residence on the site. On February 15, 2002, construction officially began and on December 13, 2004, the house was finished. Topo Map
