This house was designed by 3NORTH (formerly bondhugofarley architects) and stands at approx. 6,900 square feet. When completed, it will have two (2) finished floors of approx. 4,450 sq. ft. plus an partially finished attic of approx. 450 sq. ft. and partially finished basement of approx. 1,250 sq. ft. and a 2-car attached garage. The house will be framed with Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) and the exterior will be stucco with a slate roof and copper gutters & downspouts. Traditional ModelTraditional Model
3NORTH provided a wonderful traditional model of the house on the actual plans. If one looks closely at the larger pictures, they will notice where the gutters and downspouts will be positioned.

 

Computer ModelingComputer Modeling
3-D computer modeling (exterior and interior) was used during the design process and especially useful in making presentations to various government departments, civic associations and review boards to show massing, scale and appearance of the house.
